*What You'll Do: *
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
* Dispense medications accurately and ensure compliance with all regulations.
* Administer immunizations in accordance with state guidelines.
* Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Interns to maintain a high-functioning team.
* Conduct clinical services and compound medications with precision.
* Monitor and ensure quality assurance, controlled substance security, and adherence to safety procedures.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.
*What You’ll Bring:*
* Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or recognized foreign equivalent.
* Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle confidential information.
