Must be located in the Denver metro area. Job is remote in the Denver metro area.
You will be responsible for fielding traveler inquiries, providing our customers with an unparalleled booking experience, following up with email requests, participate in social media strategy, pricing and many other duties related to customer service and building our business. The last person who had this job is now VP, Customer Service (in 5 years). You will serve as a persuasive consultant for prospective renters; helping them find the vacation rental that best matches their needs.
The perfect candidate for this position is comfortable with helping our guests find the perfect vacation rental, ski package and being our mountain resort expert. You are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for stunning customers with great service, and a desire to overachieve individual and team goals. We support travelers 7 days a week and this position requires flexibility. Our hours are 8 am - 6 pm, 7 days a week, and holidays. You will work 5 days per week that is typically 8:30am - 5::30pm Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
