Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Senior / Game Designer to join our team! In this role, youll contribute to the design of our core meta systems, collaborating with other game designers, the Product Lead, and development teams to create engaging and innovative experiences for our players. Youll be hands-on from ideation through implementation, helping shape gameplay systems that are not only fun and intuitive, but also leverage the full potential of Web3 technologies.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Youll develop unique and compelling game concepts, characters, storylines, gameplay mechanics, and features.
• You'll create design documentation to guide development
• Youll be responsible for creating features from concept through implementation, collaborating closely with development throughout.
• Youll create and maintain detailed design documents, including game mechanics, progression systems, economy models and monetization strategies.
• Youll with the development team to ensure that the game is designed with Web3 technology in mind, and that it takes full advantage of the capabilities that this technology offers.
• Youll collaborate with artists, programmers, and other team members to ensure that the game is visually appealing, runs smoothly, and meets technical requirements.
• Youll participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine the game design and ensure that it is engaging and fun.
• Youll stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform your design decisions.

What you'll bring to the team:

• At least 3 years of experience in Meta/Systems Design, with a track record of delivering successful mobile games.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all aspects of the game design are polished and engaging.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Self starter and proactive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, and to mentor and educate other team members where necessary
• Ability to perform outstanding competitor benchmarks, extracting key takeaways and applying them efficiently to our game.
• Ability to break down complex designs into small, easily measurable changes. Having a data-driven mindset is critical to the success of this role.
• Excellent English to communicate with the international team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• A passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in mobile game design.
• Knowledge about the Web3 world and/or Web3 games would be a plus.
