I own a small, established CPA practice in Lexington and I’m looking for another CPA who wants a more balanced, lower-stress environment — someone who values independence, long-term client relationships, and the chance to shape their own future.
This isn’t a short-term hire.
I’m looking for a true professional partner — someone who could grow into ownership and help carry the firm forward for years to come.
Whether you have three years or twenty , experience level matters less than your mindset and integrity . I’ve built a loyal client base over decades, and I’m eager to bring in a like-minded CPA who enjoys meaningful work without the corporate noise.
