Job Details Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar plus:

• 2+ Years of Quality Assurance or Testing Technician experience
• Familiarity with testing standards, test protocols, and concrete materials
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Test Witness for QA activities at a world-class, sole-of-its-kind North American testing facility
• Oversee and verify approval testing for nails and concrete components in accordance with defined standards
• Ensure technicians are following correct test procedures for approximately 10 standard tests
• Learn, understand, and reference specific testing standards applicable to materials and performance validation
• Manage inventory and track incoming concrete slab shipments, including associated concrete cylinders
• Occasionally core concrete slabs to extract testing samples when cylinders are not available
• Handle 30 lb. concrete samples for sample testing and quality checks
• Perform a variety of additional tasks in slower periods, from labeling samples to facility maintenance and organization
• Autonomously operate with minimal supervision
