Rate Range: $55-$60/Hr Job Description:
- Master's degree in HCI, Social Science, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of proven industrial working experience as a UX researcher in a fast-paced environment, or similar.
- 4 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, including
- semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, qual and quant data analysis, and survey research.
- 4 years of experience conducting generative research.

- Large scale data collection (both qualitative and quantitative data collection) Large scale data analysis (SPSS, R, Content Analysis)
Preferred qualifications: - PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Possessing advanced skills in data visualization, analysis, and presentation, essential for Data Scientists.
- Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
- Experience in a variety of product spaces, applied research or academic settings.
- Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact.
