Job Title: Symitar and Integration Product Owner - must have CU / Jack Henry experience

Overview:

A skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of Symitar and other integrations within Premier America Credit Union organization. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of Symitar and for integrating systems such as Salesforce , Online Banking, mortgage systems and other critical systems. The Product Owner will work closely with the Business Owners to ensure prioritization of development efforts. The Product Owner, assisted by the Business Analyst, will create detailed technical requirements for these integration efforts.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the strategic vision and roadmap for Symitar and integrations.
  • Product Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Symitar and implementations development, owning the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders, BSA, and Scrum Master to gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Solution Design: Partner with internal team development and external vendors to design and configure solutions, leveraging best practices to meet business requirements and maximize platform capabilities.
  • Project Management: Partner with Scrum Master and Lead Agile project management processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, and sprint reviews, to drive successful project execution and delivery.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud across the organization, providing training and support service tickets to end-users as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Symitar solutions, optimize processes, and drive innovation to improve member experiences and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or related experience.
  • Experience developing in Symitar required.
  • Experience with MuleSoft development preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and Agile methodology implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within a credit union, is preferred.
  • The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.

Pay Grade Info:

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is: 93k-116k annually
