Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker / Material Handler to work in a cold environment (temperatures below 10&degree;F/-12&degree;C). This position is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a cold environment (below 10&degree;F/-12&degree;C) for extended periods.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately according to pick sheets or handheld scanners.
• Handle, move, and store materials safely using appropriate equipment (Stand up forklift ).
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and other details to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or material handling is preferred.
• Must be Stand-up forklift certified
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift
Compensation: $18-$19
