Description
The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to plan, develop, execute, and optimize compelling campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise. They will work autonomously and be seen as an expert in their field. They will demonstrate experience in managing complex cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders, including directors and VPs. They will be comfortable experimenting and owning a social roadmap that is flexible, adapting to meet the needs of our customers and business.
Key job responsibilities
Set vision and annual social media strategies for Prime Air, including campaign level social briefs to execution oversight, including our paid and organic social media efforts across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Serve as subject matter expert on social media best practices and emerging trends to ensure Prime Air remains best in class in social strategy and execution, including agile production capabilities.
Bring proven creative, analytical, and strategic capabilities to imagine, develop, plan, implement, and optimize compelling campaigns that deliver results-thinking strategically and executing flawlessly.
Work with internal creative partners to deliver the best-in-class campaigns and content to our customers. Comfortable being a hands-on content creator where necessary.
Identify new opportunities to drive awareness and brand engagement, based on evolving customer and cultural trends
Own social marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business result to the leadership team and broader organization

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
6+ years of developing and managing social media campaigns for a Fortune 500 brand
Experience working directly with senior leadership to create compelling content and communicating results
Experience building and developing partnerships with influencers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
