Role Title: Sr. Infra Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Test Planning & Execution Test:- Planning & Execution Develop test strategies, test cases, and scripts for CMDB functionalities (discovery, reconciliation).

· Validate ServiceNow discovery sources against expected CI data. Conduct functional, regression, and data validation testing on CMDB modules.

· Data Quality & Validation :-Verify correctness of attributes for CIs (e.g., hostnames, IPs, resource IDs).Validate CI relationships (parent-child, dependency, service mappings).Ensure deduplication and reconciliation rules are functioning as expected.

· Defect Management:- Identify, log, and track defects related to CMDB population and integrity. Work with developers/admins to fix mapping, transformation, and reconciliation issues.

· SGC – GCP – Cloud :- Bridge between Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources and ServiceNow CMDB.Ensure accurate ingestion, mapping, and representation of GCP resources in ServiceNow.Provide expertise in cloud discovery and service mapping.

· Connect with GCP Resources ,Identify GCP projects, resources (Compute, Storage, Networking, Kubernetes, Databases).Analyze resource metadata to map correctly into ServiceNow CMDB classes (e.g., cmdb_ci_compute_instance, cmdb_ci_cloud_database).

· ITAM DQA - CMDB Engineer

· Roles : Act as the quality gatekeeper for CMDB data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMDB standards.

· Platform teams to validate discovered data .Ensure that CI (Configuration Item) relationships, attributes, and lifecycle states are consistent and reliable.

· Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for CMDB testing within ServiceNow ETL implementation errors.
