Jumpstart your real estate career with a high-performing team offering immediate opportunities and strong support. We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to work with a steady flow of leads from our exclusive State Leads Program and help drive successful buyer transactions.

This role is perfect for those aiming to build a path toward becoming a Buyer’s Agent. You’ll assist with showings, support lead conversion, and gain valuable experience alongside top producers—all while earning rewarding commissions as you develop.

We’re seeking dependable, proactive individuals passionate about real estate. A license is required, but if you’re in the process of obtaining one, we’re ready to provide the guidance you need to launch your career.

$80,000 - $150,000 at plan

• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
