What are your top 3 required technical skills?

1. Product Manager Technical - candidate should understand the technical details and elaborate and create roadmap for the application team.
2. Experience working in UI and API based applications. Ability to contribute to the engineering design process and challenge timelines.
3. Deep understanding of data analytics tools are used. Strong communication is must to co-ordinate with product and engineering teams.

What are a couple of desired/nice to have skills?

1. Previous Development experience is preferred, so they can easily understand of how data engineers work
2. Cross-functional skills to drive ideas from conception to execution
3. Good observability and strong business justification.

What soft skills would you like to see in a candidate?
