We are seeking a Senior Pipeline Engineer to help to help with project planning, design and construction for the infrsatructure market in San Diego and Southern California. Responsibilities Conceptual and preliminary design activities including site visits, overseeing field work, alternatives analysis, and report preparation Design of water and wastewater infrastructure pipeline projects Perform hydraulic calculations needed to size and select project facilities Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various infrastructure projects Assist with coordinating work of other discipline engineers, designers, modelers, technicians, and others assisting with project work Review contractor submittals for conformance with contract plans and specifications and evaluate requests for information as part of engineering services during construction Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to apply critical thinking to develop options and recommendations for pipeline projects Ability to provide constructability review for pipeline design projects Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carollo Engineers, Inc.
