As a Project Manager , you will be accountable for the successful delivery of multiple large-scale concrete projects valued up to $40–50M. You will oversee all phases of project execution, from preconstruction through closeout ensuring that each project meets its safety, quality, and performance targets while staying on time and on budget. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience leading complex structural concrete or civil projects, and is ready to take ownership of outcomes, client relationships, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout activities Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency Oversee and coordinate all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor and drive project performance against financial, safety, and quality benchmarks Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement and company-wide initiatives Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably within structural concrete or civil infrastructure A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams and subcontractors Strong financial acumen and problem-solving ability Proficiency with construction management software tools - Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project Excellent communication and organizational skills This is more than just a project management role, it's a chance to be a key player in a growing, award-winning team delivering some of the most prominent concrete structures in the U.S. The company offers a competitive compensation package, generous bonuses, long-term career growth opportunities, and the chance to lead truly iconic builds.
