Position Title: Production Worker

Wage: $15/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-3:45pm

We’re currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Production Worker to join a tire and wheel assembly and distribution team in Edwardsville, KS. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying on their feet, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications
- Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Production Worker Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; may also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire
- Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks
