Endocrinologist Opportunity- Carroll Health Group

Location: Westminster, Maryland

Join a dynamic and compassionate team of healthcare providers in beautiful Carroll County. Carroll Health Group, the multi-specialty group affiliated with Carroll Hospital, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our well-established outpatient endocrinology practice. Youll work alongside three board-certified endocrinologists, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a close-knit and appreciative community.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-focused practice with a 1:4 call rotation (primarily phone-based)
• Broad range of endocrinologic care including:
  • Diabetes management
  • Thyroid, pituitary, and osteoporosis disorders
  • Thyroid biopsies (required)
• Opportunity to provide inpatient consults on a rotating basis
• Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Collaborative, multi-specialty environment within the LifeBridge Health network

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology Fellowship (new graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating endocrine and metabolic disorders in an outpatient setting.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and provide guidance on medications, lifestyle, and preventive care.
• Ability to perform thyroid biopsies.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Attain timely completion of patient encounter documentation and billing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with productivity and performance incentives
• Base Salary ranges from $200k-$500k, depending on specialty, training and experience.
