Essential Functions:

• Designs, configures, and implements next-best-action strategies to optimize customer engagement across various channels.
• Configures and manage rules to ensure customers receive effective offers, balancing business needs like cross-selling and upselling.
• Configures action, treatment, and group-level engagement policies. Define outcomes such as sales, service, retention, and loyalty.
• Conducts gap analysis to extend existing logic into the Next-Best-Action Designer framework.
• Supports quality assurance, simulation, reporting, monitoring, and control of Pega setup.
• Partners with Marketing stakeholders to ensure the right content is being delivered to leads at each stage of the buyer's journey, supporting conversion goals.
• Collaborates with Marketing stakeholders to use data effectively, ensuring the strategies can be tracked, scored, and reported on efficiently.
• Provide step-by-step guidance and best practices to avoid common mistakes in customer decisioning strategies
• Participate in workshops to improve strategies and address challenges in lead generation and customer retention.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with Pega decision-making tools required.
• Proven experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Next-Best-Action Designer.
• Experience with data analysis and omnichannel marketing strategies.

Pay Range: $84,000.00 - 112,000.00/yr
