City/State Williamsburg, VA Work Shift Second (Evenings) Overview: Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is currently hiring a Patient Transporter ! This is a Full Time position. Schedule is 10:30am - 7:00pm Position is located in Williamsburg, VA. Job Requirements Required: High School Grad or Equivalent Required: Basic Life Support Required: Communication, Technology/Computer Preferred: Patient Care - Position Overview Safely escorts and transports patients within all areas of the hospital using safe body mechanics. Strictly adheres to all safety rules and initiatives of Sentara. Communicates clearly with all staff, visitors, and patients. Ensures adequate communication of information between central transport and other departments. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$15.75 - $20.46. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
