The Castle Rock Collective is seeking a Part Time (Sundays Only) Shift Supervisor to join us in our amazing mission of empowering the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing opening and closing operations. This position is also responsible for providing ongoing leadership and motivation to volunteers and staff members. The Shift Supervisor will ensure that all actions and decisions embrace our Mission Statement, Vision, and Core Values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and empower baristas and volunteers.
Ensure all store operations and procedures are completed. Supervise and reconcile cash drawer.
Supervise daily operations establishing and maintaining kitchen policies and procedures.
Provide a clean and safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety and Health Department requirements.
Ensure safety and wellbeing of baristas. Facilitate behavior management when necessary.
Be an advocate of Wellspring and World Orphans.
Support baristas in providing excellent customer service and helping customers to understand our unique processes.
