Role summary
The ARCS EPM SME will lead the implementation and integration of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) within a broader Oracle Cloud transformation for a municipal utility migrating from SAP. This role is responsible for designing reconciliation processes, aligning ARCS with general ledger and subledger systems, and ensuring compliance with accounting and audit standards. The SME will collaborate with Finance, Customer, and Operations teams to ensure ARCS configuration supports month-end close, regulatory reporting, and transparency into reconciliation performance.
Skills Requirements
Oracle ARCS Functional Expertise : Deep understanding of configuration, reconciliation compliance, and transaction matching features.
Oracle Cloud EPM Suite : Experience integrating ARCS with FCCS, ERP Cloud (GL/AP/AR), and narrative reporting.
Utilities Sector Experience (Preferred) : Familiarity with regulatory and reporting standards for municipal utilities.
Close and Reconciliation Process Design : Ability to design and optimize close cycles and automate reconciliations
Cross-Module Integration : Understanding of upstream/downstream impacts between ARCS and core ERP modules (e.g., GL, FA) "
Pay rate: $119-$124 depending on skills and experience
