**Position Overview:** As an A&P Technician at Signature Aviation, you will be a vital part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve inspecting, repairing, overhauling, upgrading, and cleaning aircraft, all while adhering to Federal Aviation Administration regulations and company policies. You’ll maintain detailed records of your work, inspections, and safety compliance.

Your Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Technical Tasks: Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks, including engine runs, taxi operations, engine and flight control rigging, and troubleshooting aircraft systems.
• Documentation: Read and interpret technical data, make work order entries, and maintain detailed records.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety rules, regulations, and company procedures.
• Supervision and Management (level dependent): Supervise and mentor junior technicians, manage multiple projects and crews, and communicate effectively with customers and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

**Qualifications:**

• Education:
  • Tech I and II: Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • Tech III: Master’s degree or equivalent with significant experience.
• Experience: Relevant field experience varies by level:
  • Tech I – 0 to 2 years’ experience
  • Tech II – 2 to 10 years’ experience
  • Tech III – 10+ years’ experience
• Licenses: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required for all levels.
• Skills:
  • All levels: Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively.
  • Tech II, III, and IV: Manage projects and teams.

**Additional Requirements:** Must pass background checks, drug screens, and be insurable by the company. Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards are essential.
