We're hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to support nonprofit campaigns, public engagement events, and community fundraising initiatives .

What You’ll Do:Plan and support local marketing campaigns, community events, and fundraising efforts
Represent nonprofit partners at retail activations, pop-ups, and public outreach events
Build relationships and engage with community members to raise awareness and drive support
Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
Ensure all messaging aligns with nonprofit values, branding, and compliance standards
Collaborate with team members and leadership on outreach strategies
Track campaign results, gather community feedback, and support reporting processes
Participate in leadership training with future opportunities in management and campaign direction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about helping others
Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments
Willing to travel locally for events and community outreach
No prior experience required — we provide paid training
Background in customer service, communications, events, or marketing is a plus
