Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems, including security systems, alarm systems, and computer networking. This role requires a strong understanding of schematics and the ability to work with hand tools effectively. The Low Voltage Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Duties
Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems such as security alarms and computer networks.
Conduct thorough inspections to detect issues within existing systems.
Build and configure security systems according to client specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize schematics to guide installations and repairs accurately.
Perform locksmithing tasks as needed for secure access solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring client satisfaction.
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of security systems, alarm system sales, and computer networking.
Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
Proficiency in using hand tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
Certification in low voltage installation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
