They manage flexible schedules, grow their client caseloads with marketing assistance, and navigate insurance processes effortlessly. Professionals in this role require a Master's degree and relevant state licensing to deliver effective mental health care.

Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
