Job Description
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Provide prompt, accurate service on policy changes, claims, billing, and inquiries
- Meet sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Compensation and Benefits - Base salary plus commission/bonus: $40,000-$85,000 total earning potential
- Paid Time Off (vacation and sick days) after one year

Required Qualifications - Active Property & Casualty license
- Active Life & Health license
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
