Job Description

About Us

We’re a growing, well-established residential kitchen & bath design-build firm serving the Philadelphia suburbs since 2015. Our founder, Chadwick Hunter, is a third-generation contractor with 20 years of experience in the kitchen & bath industry.

We specialize in mid- to high-end home renovations, combining smart interior layouts with beautiful materials to create custom spaces our clients love.

The Team

We’re a small, tight-knit team that works on bespoke, high-quality projects — that could easily appear in the pages of Philadelphia magazine or Architectural Digest. We value collaboration, creativity, and client satisfaction. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain firsthand insight into what it takes to design and deliver exceptional residential spaces.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a junior or entry-level designer who’s passionate about residential design and ready to launch their career. You’ll work closely with our owner, Chad, and get hands-on experience in all phases of the design-build process, gaining real-world experience in both design and client-facing work. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and you’ll grow into more responsibility over time.

In this role, you'll:

  • Support the design and sales process by assisting with client meetings, preparing design presentations, and helping to pitch our design services.
  • Help prepare space planning layouts and design presentations for kitchens and bathrooms
  • Work with Chad and our draftsperson to develop drawing sets for remodel projects
  • Assist in the selection of finishes and materials—like cabinetry, fixtures, hardware, tile, and paint.
  • Attend job site visits, showroom appointments, and client walkthroughs

You’ll start with plenty of mentorship and guidance, but we’re looking for someone with initiative and a passion for residential design who wants to grow into a key contributor on our team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Interior Design (or a related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in residential design or construction (internships or co-ops count!)
  • A strong portfolio of school projects that showcase your creativity and design thinking
  • Strong interest in kitchens & baths, and a desire to grow into a lead designer role
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and working collaboratively
  • Based within 45 minutes of our showroom in the Philly suburbs

What We Offer:

  • Full-time, salaried position with performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities
  • 3% IRA match after 6 months
  • Health insurance contributions
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Company credit card, laptop, mobile printer, and coverage for mileage/tolls
