Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr About the opportunity: Barrett Hofherr is looking for a Junior Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production logistics in support of more senior producers on large-scale productions from idea inception through final delivery. Some of this work may include: scheduling calls/meetings, creating timelines/scopes, and creating cost estimates for productions. You'll work closely with the creatives, account teams, business affairs, and other departments from idea conception to final delivery. You'll develop knowledge/relationships with production vendors and will be able to select/source vendors appropriate to the project at hand. You'll also independently manage small to mid-scale productions, client presentations, testing materials, department events, social/digital deliverables, and audio productions. What we are looking for: Qualifications: 1-3 years of real-world production or post-production experience Must be local to SF Dedicated work ethic Deeply curious High attention to detail and organization Calm under pressure Enjoys a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a creative eye Interest/Experience in digital-based productions is a bonus. Well-versed in hands-on production techniques like shooting on a DSLR/iPhone and editorial software like Final Cut or Adobe Premiere is a bonus. Role Responsibilities: This is you at Barrett Hofherr: Own updates and maintenance on the agency website Produce the Optimism Always podcast (setting up iPhone cameras, recording equipment, etc) Set up lunch screenings with vendors Assist senior producers on large-scale productions (post, completion docs, talent contracts, versioning, delivery tracking, bidding, scheduling creative reviews, director search) Work with freelance editors and shooters to produce jobs out of The Vault (B/H internal post house) Produce radio and streaming audio campaigns Produce rip videos and materials for agency pitches Produce and own small to mid-scale productions, examples include: Habit Social, Lennar, Sutter Digital & Photo, VideoAmp Social, Cali Coastal OOH, Radio and streaming audio campaigns Who We Are: Founded in 2012, Barrett Hofherr is an independent, full-service, creatively-driven advertising agency. Location: Barrett Hofherr is a hybrid workplace. We are in our San Francisco Office Tues-Thurs with WFH days Mon/Fri. Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
