Job Description

About Forme

Forme® is a health-first apparel company building products that actively improve posture, alignment, and recovery through patented, FDA-registered garments. Designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life, our wearables combine evidence-based support with elevated style.

We operate at the intersection of health and fashion—redefining what apparel can do for the body. Our mission is to empower people to move and live better by turning what they wear into a tool for long-term health.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, in-person General Operations & Fulfillment Intern to support day-to-day execution across inventory, shipping, vendor coordination, and internal operations. This internship is designed for recent graduates who want direct experience inside a fast-moving physical product company.

You will play a key role in managing the operational systems that power our customer experience and supply chain. This is a hands-on, physically active role that includes real ownership, clear structure, and the potential to convert to a full-time operations position.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Inventory Management

  • Support daily order processing and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse partners
  • Monitor inventory levels, packaging components, and shipping materials
  • Help prepare and audit shipments for both ecommerce and wholesale orders
  • Handle product returns, exchanges, and fulfillment-related customer service workflows
  • Assist in managing packaging QA and outbound presentation standards
  • Perform occasional lifting of packages and supplies (up to 50 lbs)

Operational Systems & Coordination

  • Maintain and update internal dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Notion)
  • Track shipments, delays, and error resolution with vendors
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in improving logistics workflows
  • Support invoice tracking and vendor communications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer support on launch readiness

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed within the past 1–3 years
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no CPT, OPT, or visa sponsorship)
  • Based within a reasonable commute to West Los Angeles
  • Access to a personal vehicle for warehouse coordination and material pickups as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in spreadsheets
  • Experience with Excel, Notion, or ecommerce platforms (preferred but not required)

Compensation and Structure

Full-time internship (40 hours/week, on-site, Monday–Friday)

Paid hourly at $17.50

Midpoint and end-of-term performance reviews

High-performing interns will be considered for full-time employment

If you’re looking for a hands-on launchpad into operations, logistics, or consumer product strategy—this is it.
