Project HOME is seeking a dynamic Lead Physician to join our award-winning Stephen Klein Wellness Center team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide compassionate direct patient care while also mentoring and supervising a multidisciplinary team of medical providers and psychiatric nurse practitioners—all in service to Philadelphia’s most vulnerable populations.

About the Role
As Lead Physician , you will:
You’ll also support a culture of continuous learning and communication by conducting regular clinical “rounds,” fostering a patient-first approach grounded in dignity, transparency, and evidence-based care.
Who You Are
✔ Board-certified MD or DO licensed in Pennsylvania
✔ 3+ years clinical experience in primary care; 1+ year in a supervisory role
✔ Skilled in OB/GYN and pediatric care, including high-risk cases
✔ Experienced in HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, and medication-assisted treatment
✔ Committed to racial equity, health justice, and inclusive care
✔ Familiar with E Clinical Works and FQHC regulations
