We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join our team in providing high-quality legal services to low-income and vulnerable clients. This role focuses on representing and advising clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues. The attorney will regularly appear in State and Federal courts and will play a critical role in advancing access to justice within our community. 100% Remote - $5K Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Represent and advise clients in family law cases, including court appearances, hearings, and trials.
Conduct client intake, interviews, and provide legal advice and counsel.
Research, interpret, and apply relevant laws, rulings, and regulations.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, orders, discovery, and other legal documents.
Negotiate and prepare settlement agreements.
Participate in outreach events and activities that support organizational goals and community engagement.
Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed to meet client and organizational needs across the 12-county service area.

Qualifications
Must be admitted and in good standing to practice law in Florida.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in civil litigation or representing low-income/vulnerable clients.
Experience in family law strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong advocacy skills with a commitment to serving disadvantaged communities.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required.
Valid Florida driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance required.
