Job Description

· Operating Front-End Loaders: This involves safely and efficiently using the loader to move materials on job sites, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing materials for processing. · Inspecting and Maintaining Equipment: Performing regular checks to ensure the loader is in good working order, identifying potential problems, and reporting them. · Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others. · Communicating and Collaborating: Working with supervisors and other crew members to coordinate operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently. · Documentation: Keeping records of daily activities, including inspections, maintenance, and any incidents that may occur. · Training: In some cases, they may be responsible for training new operators.
