As a Business Development Representative, youll be the first point of contactfor prospective customers. Your role is to engage, qualify, and generateinterest from leads through outreach efforts.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Identifyand research potential clients through outbound outreach (email, phone,LinkedIn, etc.)
• Qualifyleads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Collaboratewith sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Followup on inbound leads and re-engage cold leads
• Participatein training and continuous learning to improve your skills and performance

Requirements to Succeed at ProPivotal:

• Previoussales or customer-facing experience
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills
• Strongwork ethic and a desire to learn and grow
• Self-motivated,organized, and goal-oriented
• Willingnessto take on a wide range of responsibilities and learn new skills
• Comfortablewith technology and quick to learn new tools (CRM, email tools, LinkedIn,etc.)
• Ableto commute to our Boston office (near South Station) in under 30 minutes
