Flash Electrical is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join our high-performing team. We work on a wide range of commercial construction projects for clients like Ledcor, Quorex, Wright Construction, and Nutrien . We’re known for delivering work that’s done right, on time, and up to code—with a strong reputation built on integrity, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Install and repair electrical systems, fixtures, panels, and equipment
Interpret and work from drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
Install raceway, cable tray, and other conduit systems
Troubleshoot and repair control systems, lighting, and distribution systems
Perform maintenance and inspections on electrical systems as needed
Lead and support apprentices when assigned
Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized worksite
Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician Certification (Red Seal preferred)
3+ years of commercial or light industrial experience
Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding electrical codes
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
