Soliant is seeking a compassionate and flexible PCA/Paraprofessional to support a school-based early intervention program. This is a unique split role offering consistent weekly hours and the opportunity to serve in both direct student support and classroom assistance. Job Details:

• Position: PCA / Paraprofessional

• Schedule:

• PCA (Early Intervention) mornings, MondayFriday

• Float Paraprofessional afternoons, MondayThursday for close campuses

• Fridays day only

• Hours: 30 hours per week

• Onsite only

  Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support as a PCA in early intervention settings each morning

• Assist with classroom support, student engagement, and instructional needs in the afternoons as a paraprofessional

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student growth and independence

• Support individualized education goals and provide care as directed

  Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience as a PCA or paraprofessional preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for supporting children in early learning and school-based settings
