Soliant is seeking a compassionate and flexible PCA/Paraprofessional to support a school-based early intervention program. This is a unique split role offering consistent weekly hours and the opportunity to serve in both direct student support and classroom assistance. Job Details:
Position: PCA / Paraprofessional
Schedule:
PCA (Early Intervention) mornings, MondayFriday
Float Paraprofessional afternoons, MondayThursday for close campuses
Fridays day only
Hours: 30 hours per week
Onsite only
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support as a PCA in early intervention settings each morning
Assist with classroom support, student engagement, and instructional needs in the afternoons as a paraprofessional
Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student growth and independence
Support individualized education goals and provide care as directed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a PCA or paraprofessional preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children in early learning and school-based settings
