This role involves evaluating high volumes of documents, identifying relevant data, and ensuring all pertinent details are accurately communicated for legal proceedings. Duties Review and analyze large quantities of litigation documents with high productivity and precision. Assess documents for relevance, privilege, and compliance with legal standards. Identify critical information and effectively communicate findings to senior attorneys and associates. Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines. Ensure all documents are properly organized and categorized for use in court. Requirements Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar in one or more of the following states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, or VA. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay complex legal findings. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. High level of organization and attention to detail, especially in fast-paced environments. Strong time management skills and a conscientious approach to work deadlines. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Must be licensed to practice law in one or more states listed under Requirements. Skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented with analytical thinking skills.
