Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work within a K-12 school setting in Menahga, MN. This contract position spans the school year (NSY) and offers the chance to support students in developing essential motor and daily living skills in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists and educational staff to implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Assist in evaluating student progress and adjusting treatment approaches accordingly.
• Support classroom participation and promote skill development that enhances student independence.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings regarding student needs and progress.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
