A rapidly expanding hedge fund is seeking to hire a Chief of Staff.
As the fund continues to grow and diversify, the CIO requires a Chief of Staff to support and streamline the CIO's and investment team's responsibilities. The role involves acting as a sounding board for business development and strategy, implementing strategic initiatives (such as business expansions, launches, and technological advancements), serving as the first point of contact for the investment team regarding issues and challenges, and enhancing collaboration and visibility between the CIO and support functions. A significant part of the role involves problem-solving, requiring the delivery of detailed analytics, presentations, and reports to the firm's managing partners. This highly visible and autonomous position offers an exciting growth opportunity, with plans to open offices in APAC and the UAE within the next 1-2 years, where the Chief of Staff will play a key role.
