Sales Executive Specialist / Field Sales Representative ( bilingual, Spanish ) :
- Engage with business owners / restaurateurs in face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer customized solutions
- Schedule in-person appointments at client restaurants and businesses to demonstrate corporate restaurant solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue
- Drive sales by educating potential customers on Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into clients
- Support deployment of systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use
- Travel within assigned territory, collaborating with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce corporate solutions to restaurant owners
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience) :
- Must be bilingual, Spanish-speaking
- Sales experience ( at least 2-3 years ) in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment, working with small to medium-sized clients and cold calling/prospecting while independently generating leads
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions and e-commerce systems preferred
Compensation :
- Position offers a highly leveraged commission plan along with a guaranteed compensation ( W2 base salary + certain commission payments for the first 12 month, which are NOT a recoverable draw ) as you ramp up your production.
