We are seeking a skilled full-time Barber-Stylist to join our growing team at Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Colorado Springs, CO. If you are passionate about delivering quality cuts and providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to bring your talent and dedication to our barbershop.
With competitive earnings potential averaging between $33.50 - $66.00/hour , including guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, and retail commissions , you'll have ample opportunities to grow your income. Not to mention, we provide enticing benefits such as:
GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
As a Barber-Stylist, your day begins with a welcoming atmosphere where you'll engage with clients and deliver a range of hair services, from classic cuts to trims. You'll ensure each client's experience is enhanced by offering hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages, providing a level of service that goes beyond just a haircut. Every client will leave feeling satisfied, valued, and refreshed. You'll also stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques, continually growing your skills to provide the best possible service.
Schedule: This full-time position requires flexibility, as peak hours for client appointments occur in the evenings and on weekends.
