Job Details Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in various industries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Supervise and train staff members on audit procedures and techniques
• Review workpapers and audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in accounting standards
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the firm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification required
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Audit Manager experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
