What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and team members, you’ll set the tone for our company’s reputation. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn as you:

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Greet guests, clients, and vendors—making sure everyone feels welcome
  • Support office operations: mail distribution, scanning, ordering supplies, and keeping things running smoothly
  • Create shipping labels and quotes using UPS, USPS, and FedEx software
  • Help schedule meetings, send calendar invites, and coordinate team lunches or events
  • Pitch in with administrative tasks across departments—no two days are the same
  • Take ownership of little details that keep our workplace organized, connected, and fun

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Dependable, professional, and eager to help others succeed
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning new software tools
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a customer-facing or administrative role before (but not required!)
  • A notary certification is a plus, but not necessary
